at a cycle cost of $6,800.

Retrieval of Eggs
Culture & Fertilization of Embryo
Embryo Transfer
Anesthesia
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) & Assisted Hatching & Blastocyst Culture AS NEEDED.

MONITORING MANAGEMENT:
$500 to cover daily cycle evaluation per cycle
NCCRM will bill insurance for monitoring and accept what insurance pays.

MEDICATIONS:
Approximately $2000 – $5000?(You will pay this directly to the pharmacy, subject to your insurance benefits)

Medical Screening & Initial Work-up: $1300 – $2000 (usually covered by insurance)

Embryo Cryopreservation: $400
Annual Storage Fee for Embryos(after the first year): $325
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET): $1325
Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD): $4800
