NCCRM is offering a 2 IVF Cycles Package with no refund at a special price of $9,800.

Includes:
2 Retrievals of Eggs
2 Cultures & Fertilizations of Embryos
2 Embryo Transfers
2 Anesthesias
2 Intracytoplasmic sperm injections (ICSI) & Assisted Hatching & Blastocyst Culture AS NEEDED

Additional $500 for every Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET)
If patient has frozen embryos, they must be used prior to proceeding with the next fresh IVF cycle.
Couples will have to be eligible and meet the medical criteria required by the practice.

MONITORING MANAGEMENT:
$500 to cover daily cycle evaluation per cycle
NCCRM will bill insurance for monitoring and accept what insurance pays.

MEDICATIONS:
Approximately $2000 – $5000 per cycle?(You will pay this directly to the pharmacy, subject to your insurance benefits)
