American women are fighting to "have it all," but more and more are surprised to find themselves unable to conceive and give life. While fertility has declined among all ethnic groups in the U.S., African Americans, according to the National Center for Health Statistics, now have a lower average fertility rate than whites.  In this edition of "Black Issues Forum," we talk about some of the causes, solutions, and coping measures for those facing permanent infertility.  Natalie Bullock Brown hosts.
