What are my risks after Tubal Reversal Surgery ?

What are my risks following Tubal Reversal Surgery at NCCRM?

The primary risk of Tubal Reversal Surgery is an increased likelihood of a tubal pregnancy among women becoming pregnant. Tubal pregnancies occur in approximately 10% of women who have had tubal ligation reversal surgery. However, detected early, tubal pregnancies can be treated to avoid damage to the fallopian tube and avoid the need for additional surgery. Our staff tries to maintain an ongoing relationship with all of our Tubal Reversal Surgery patients to monitor their progress and long-term health.

Secondary risks include post-surgical infections or complications from anesthesia.
