baby6 Once you decide that tubal anastomosis/reversal is an option that you want to consider, we will want to get as much information from you ahead of time as possible. Please go to the forms section of this website and fill out as much as you can and submit it.

We will need a copy of your operative and/or pathology reports from your tubal ligation surgery. By studying those reports, we will be able to tell you whether a tubal ligation reversal is likely to be successful and safe. If you are not able to get copies of your operative or pathology reports, we can still perform a simple and safe diagnostic procedure to determine the extent of any damage to your fallopian tubes caused by the tubal ligation.

We also encourage you to have your partner do a semen analysis before you undergo tubal reversal surgery.

Our excellent staff is available to provide counseling about the procedure, its safety, affordability, success rate and effects on a potential pregnancy. Our relationship with you begins from your first contact with our offices and extends well beyond the actual anastomosis surgery. We’ll want to follow your progress toward a successful, safe and healthy pregnancy and delivery.

For Out of Town Patients

We work with women from all over the country. You must have a consultation with our surgeons before your procedure. You can do the consultation in person the day before your procedure. We usually ask you to arrive one or two days before your surgery and that you stay the night of your surgery. Your post operative appointment approximately is two to four weeks following your surgery and you can do that in your hometown with your own OBGYN.

You will be flying into Raleigh/Durham International Airport (Airport code RDU). Below are some links that will help you with your airline reservations.
