On February 4, 1999 you performed my tubal reversal surgery. Due to a job change my husband and I were physically separated for about a year.  We relocated to Alabama in 2000.  We tried to conceive naturally for over a year.  My doctor put me on clomid.  After two months of using clomid we conceived a baby in April of 2002.  Our perfect little boy Joel Oda Teague, was born January 16, 2003.  We want to share our joy with you.  And we want to thank you, Toby and your staff for all of your help in making our dream, of having a child, come true.
