1 Cycle for $4950:

Your IVF cycle includes anesthesia, facility fee, retrieval, ICSI fertilization, assisted hatching, & blastocyst culture:  Frozen Embryo Transfer and cryopreservation of remaining embryos.

 

IVF MONITORING PACKAGE $1000: includes ultrasounds and blood work done at NCCRM  throughout monitoring phase per cycle

IVF CYCLE MANAGEMENT $500: management of patient’s cycle throughout the monitoring phase per cycle for in house and out side monitoring

IVF CYCLE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $30 (non-refundable)

*In Vitro Fertilization full cycle monitoring starts from stimulation medication and ends with egg retrieval. Patient will be responsible for any co pays, coinsurance or deductible for any testing done before this time. If your cycle is cancelled by the physician you will be responsible for these visits.*

**All outside monitoring visits are subject to that facilities financial protocol**

***If patient doesn’t pay for NCCRM monitoring package, patient is responsible for any charges incurred from ultrasound and blood work done at our facility.

Semen Analysis: $100

SCSA – Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay test: $350

Patient Education Class: $65 per couple (Tue at 10:30 am & Thur at 1:30 pm)

PICSI- $100 (If deemed necessary by lab staff or physician)

Annual Storage Fee for Embryos (after the first year): $450

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET): $1,325: Medications and monitoring will be the patient responsibility with frozen embryo transfer cycles.

Donor Sperm: $350 Storage Fee after 6 months

PGD/PGS:for Inherited Genetic Disorders or Chromosomes Screening with Family Balancing  Biopsy charge $2000 per cycle up to 8 embryos.There is an additional fee of $100 per embryo over 8 embryos.  You will pay Good Start or CooperGenomics directly for the PGD/PGS testing.

Confirmation of pregnancy (not included in monitoring pkg, and subject to insurance)

  • 2 Cycles for $9,400

This includes 2 retrievals of eggs with anesthesia, 2 cultures and fertilization of embryos, 2 ICSI fertilization, 2 assisted hatching and 2 blastocyst cultures, 1 embryo transfer and 2 cryopreservations. Patients will do 2 retrievals to preserve their embryos and then 1 frozen transfer. Any additional frozen transfers will be $1,325 each.

Embryo Donation Cycle Fee Schedule

Embryo Donation Fee is $3,000

INCLUDED:  2 frozen embryos and REQUIRED testing for the sperm and oocyte donor.

EXCLUDED: Recipient medications, monitoring, psychiatric evaluation and frozen embryo transfer.

The Embryo Donation Fee is due within two weeks of selection of embryo


Fertility Preservation Pricing:

  • Egg fertility preservation is $4,000. This includes anesthesia, retrieval, cryopreservation and storage of oocytes for one year. Medications and monitoring are not included.
  • Embryo Fertility preservation is currently $3,600. This includes anesthesia, retrieval, fertilization, cryopreservation of embryos and storage for one year. Medications and monitoring are not included.
  • Embryo and Oocyte storage fee is $350 per year.
