We offer three unique program options, each with different benefits and qualifications. Whether your priority is personal egg preservation, traditional donor compensation, or a hybrid of both, we have a pathway that may suit your needs.

Because eligibility varies, your medical and personal history will help determine which program(s) you may qualify for. Our team is here to guide you through the process and answer your questions with care and transparency.

By participating in this program, you’re not just taking a step toward securing your future—you may also be giving another family the chance to grow theirs. It’s a powerful act of kindness, and we’re honored to support you on this journey.

FAQs for Egg Donors and Egg Donor Recipients

What is the Preserve and Give Egg Donor Program?

The Preserve and Give Program is a unique egg donation opportunity NCCRM offers. It’s designed for women who are interested in helping others start a family and exploring options for preserving their own fertility. This compassionate pathway can benefit both the donor and the intended parents.

How does the program work?

We offer three different participation options, each with its structure and benefits. While each program is slightly different, they involve donating eggs through a supportive and carefully guided process. Your eligibility for each option will depend on your circumstances, which we will discuss during your consultation.

Who is eligible to participate?

Eligibility is based on age, overall health, and specific reproductive considerations. Our program is open to participants between the ages of 19 and 32. During your consultation, our specialist will review your medical history and discuss the criteria to determine if you are a good fit for the program.

What are the benefits for me?

By joining our program, you gain the invaluable opportunity to preserve your fertility—a step that can be cost-prohibitive if pursued independently. Additionally, you become part of a compassionate movement that helps another family realize their dream of parenthood.

Are there any costs involved?

Program details, including potential costs or coverage, will be reviewed with you individually. In most cases, donors do not pay for their participation, but specifics depend on the option selected and your personal eligibility.

What kind of support can I expect throughout the process?

Our dedicated team is with you every step of the way—from initial consultation and medical evaluations to the egg retrieval process and post-procedure care. We provide personalized support to ensure you feel informed, cared for, and empowered throughout your journey.
