Schedule an in-office or virtual appointment.
When you schedule your first in-office provider visit with a provider, a $100 deposit is collected at the time of booking and will be applied to your visit cost. If your patient responsibility (copay/coinsurance) is less than $100, the remaining balance will be refunded or, if you prefer, kept as a credit toward a future appointment.

New Patients
- Please click “New Patient Registration.”
- Complete the pop-up form.
- Check your email for “NableIVF: NC Center for Reproductive Medicine”.
- Create your user name and password.
- Visit the “Appointments” tab.
- Select “Request Appointment”.
- Submit your request, and a scheduler will reach out to you to schedule your appointment.
Established Patients
- Log in to your Patient Portal.
- Select to request an appointment.
- Select appointment type, preferred time, and provider.
- Submit your request, and we will reach out to you to finalize and confirm your appointment.
