Stanley Huang, MS

Laboratory Supervisor

Stanley Huang has served as the Laboratory Supervisor at the North Carolina Center for Reproductive Medicine (NCCRM) since 1998 and is also a Senior Embryologist on our team. In his role, he oversees and performs a wide range of advanced reproductive laboratory procedures, including oocyte retrieval, IVF, embryo transfer, ICSI, assisted hatching, blastomere biopsy for PGD, embryo cryopreservation, sperm cryopreservation (epididymal and testicular), hormone assays, and laboratory management. He is also responsible for quality assurance, quality control, and the training of embryology and andrology personnel.

Before joining NCCRM, Stanley held a similar role at the Reproductive Science Center at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He also worked as a Research Associate at InCell Inc. in California, where he specialized in DNA transfer to cells using electric fields, transgenic mouse research, DNA analysis, RNA isolation, and cell chemimmunity. In addition, he served as a Visiting Scholar at Baekon Inc. in California. Stanley’s academic background includes a Research Fellowship at the Institute of Animal Science in China (Department of Reproduction) and a Master of Science degree in Biology from Zhongshan University in Guangzhou, China.
