Become a Surrogate

Give the Gift of Life: Become a Gestational Surrogate
Help hopeful parents achieve their dream of having a family while receiving support, care, and fair compensation.

What Is Gestational Surrogacy?

Gestational surrogacy is a process where a woman carries and delivers a baby for intended parents. The embryo is created through IVF using the eggs and sperm of the intended parents or donors, meaning you will not be genetically related to the baby.

As a surrogate, you are a partner in one of life’s most meaningful journeys—helping others build the family they’ve always wanted.

Who Can Be a Surrogate?

At NCCRM, we carefully screen all surrogates to ensure safety and success. Surrogates typically:

  • Are between 21 and 40 years old
  • Have had at least one healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy
  • Live a healthy lifestyle (non-smoker, no substance abuse)
  • Pass medical and psychological evaluations
  • Are emotionally ready for the journey and supported by their family

The Surrogacy Process: What to Expect

  1. Application & Screening – Submit your application, then complete medical, lifestyle, and psychological evaluations.
  2. Matching With Intended Parents – Review and approve intended parent matches to ensure comfort and compatibility.
  3. Legal Agreement – Independent attorneys help establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and protections for you.
  4. Cycle Preparation & Embryo Transfer – Your cycle is synchronized with the egg provider, followed by the embryo transfer.
  5. Pregnancy & Delivery – Receive ongoing care from your doctor and support from NCCRM throughout the pregnancy.

Benefits of Becoming a Surrogate

  • Emotional fulfillment: The joy of helping another family grow.
  • Compensation: Receive fair financial support for your time, commitment, and medical needs.
  • Comprehensive care: From cycle synchronization to delivery, our team walks with you every step of the way.

Risks to Consider

While surrogacy is safe, it involves the same risks as any pregnancy, including potential complications. All risks and expectations are explained fully during your evaluation so you can make an informed decision.
